St. DOMINGO PROPERTIES was established in 1990 and is a registered landlord with both Liverpool Student Homes and the Citywide Landlord Accreditation Safety Scheme. We manage and own a large number of properties in the Liverpool area, the majority of which is student accommodation. Our company runs a full time maintenance service which is available at all times, through our office. We have a select number of student properties in the popular areas of Wavertree and Allerton, which have direct bus links to all Universities.

Properties have gas central heating, instant hot water system, burglar alarm, fire extinguishers & blankets, microwave, telephone line, washing machine, vacuum cleaner. They have as standard, fire/smoke detection system which complies with current HMO legislation, large double bedrooms with double beds and room locks, shared living room, modern fitted kitchen and bathrooms. Most of the properties are double glazed.

Rents start at £49 per week in a shared house, self contained flats are from £75 per week
All inclusive rents are available on request, if required.
