ST DOMINGO PROPERTIES LIMITED was established in 1990 and is a registered landlord with Liverpool Students Homes and is a Liverpool City Council approved Landlord. We manage a large number of properties in the Liverpool area, the majority of which is student accommodation.  Our company runs a full time maintenance service which is available at all times, through our Office.
 
All properties are close to public transport, the city centre is approximately 15 minutes journey by bus, and the M62 motorway is 10 minutes and the M56 is 15 minutes drive.
 
Most properties have as standard, shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.  Properties of six bedrooms or over have a second bathroom or shower and our properties have full fire security including emergency lighting and mains-fed smoke and fire detection inline with current legislation. We retain current gas and electric test certificates, on file at our Office, for viewing.
 
All properties have:-

Rents quoted are per person per week, this includes water rates only but not utility bills, e.g. gas, electric and telephone.  A retainer Rent is required during the Summer period (June-September), this is half the full Rent.

Rents from £46 per week
All contracts are  a 52 week Assured Shorthold Tenancy
